Human Act and Act of Man

After studying Logic, we go now in Ethics. This morning was the start of our discussion for Ethics. After defining it, we tacled about Human Act and Act of man. They may sound the same but in Ethics, they are different.

Human act, according to my copy, is an act which proceeds from the deliberate freewill of man (contra-distinguished with Acts of Man). The constituents of Human Acts are: Knowledge, Freedom and Voluntariness. My instructor said that a Human act can be an Act of man if the three contituents are not present in an action (even just one). On the other hand, even an Act of man can be a human act if an action is said to be done with knowledge, if the person chose to do it, and if it is voluntarilly.

Now this is complicated especially when I am very much pressured by time. So I will just finish this tomorrow. I have something interesting to tell which is connected with this matter: Human Act and Act of Man.
